Frequently Asked Questions
What are the transport costs?
The price depends on the distance, the patient’s condition, and the required equipment (for example, a stretcher, wheelchair, or assistance from staff). Prices can be found in the “Prices” section. To determine the exact cost for a specific situation, please contact us.
In which cities is the service available?
We provide services throughout Latvia and the European Union.
Do you also provide transport for bedridden patients?
Yes, we provide professional transport for bedridden patients using specialized stretchers, safety equipment, and trained staff to ensure a safe and comfortable transfer.
How can I pay for the service?
Payment is possible in cash, by card (a card terminal is available in the vehicle), or via prepayment invoice.
What should I do if there is no elevator in the building?
Our crew consists of two trained specialists who will safely carry the patient from the apartment to the vehicle up or down the stairs using a special chair, following the “bed-to-bed” principle.
If the patient is bedridden, they will be transferred from the apartment to the vehicle using special flexible stretchers that allow movement through narrow corridors or spaces with limited access.
Depending on the patient’s weight and condition, additional assistants (from two up to four people) may be provided if needed.
Can a relative accompany the patient during transport?
Yes, a relative or caregiver may accompany the patient if there is a seat available in the vehicle. This service is provided at no additional cost.
Is it possible to book medical transport for a specific time?
Yes, we provide patient transport at exact scheduled times, which is especially important for doctor appointments and planned medical procedures.
Do you also provide service on weekends and at night?
Yes, upon prior arrangement, we also offer medical transportation in the evenings, on weekends, and on public holidays.
